Hello, i recieved the xp pen artist 12 and i was excited to get it to work but when i got the drivers downloaded on my mac (os 10.14) and i tried all the drivers for mac, and went through all the. Artist pro 16tp 4k touch display. But when i download the driver and restart for some reason the program gives a message like cant detect tablet even though clearly the tablet is on and displaying my screen.

Pen does not work either. I bought a artist 12, and i have everything plugged in correctly. I invested with a 'pro' 22 which at literally one month after its first year started to flicker and eventually not come on at all.
